Customers First section is where client information is collected and organized.  This information synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook and becomes an effective Customer Management system (CRM).   Business First was developed to allow you to keep detailed information about your customers, prospects, vendors, employees, and other frequently-used contacts.  All this information is searchable using any computer and many mobile devices such as the Blackberry and iPhone.     You can even take the information with you on a laptop and work with it even when the laptop is not connected to Business First.   When you connect the laptop again, the changes will be automatically re-synchronized.

Computers First section is used by your computer support team to keep all the information about your computer systems. It enables users to report computer problems and allows the company to develop a library of solutions from previously resolved issues. This also helps IT personnel to identify potential problems before they become serious.  You can keep track of all your hardware and software, including such important information as serial numbers, supplier data, and renewal dates.   It also helps scheduling and monitoring system maintenance, and aids in planning of major projects involving your computer systems.
