The [Business Performance Solutions'] SharePoint intranet provided us with a great starting structure for our new intranet. Moving from an older, static intranet to this new interactive, dynamic medium has allowed us to de-centralize information management from one person to many department heads. Announcements, postings and uploads no longer require the time of the IT Department. Although documents in the Knowledge Connect section are locked down with approvals and version control, other areas allow all users to post and interact. Searchability is also a fantastic asset.

By far the greatest benefit of the BPSi SharePoint intranet is the training provided by Bill Saffin via one-on-one remote connection. Through his tireless hours with me, I learned to customize, subtract and add whenever needed. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and was patient and willing to follow my lead as I accumulated questions. Instead of making changes for me, he turned my needs into learning opportunities.
